Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using CHOZEN ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Account

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use CHOZEN
  • One account per person — duplicate accounts may be suspended

3. Content

  • You retain ownership of content you upload (beats, loops, samples)
  • By uploading, you grant CHOZEN a license to host, display, and distribute your content on the Platform
  • You must have the legal right to upload any content you share
  • Content that infringes copyright, contains hate speech, or is illegal will be removed

4. Purchases & Licensing

  • Licenses are sold directly between creators and buyers through CHOZEN
  • License terms are set by the creator and displayed on the purchase page
  • CHOZEN charges a 10% platform fee on transactions
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact the creator first
  • Payment processing is handled by Stripe in accordance with their terms

5. Prohibited Activities

  • Uploading content you do not own or have rights to
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or abuse the Platform
  • Automated scraping, botting, or bulk account creation
  • Harassment, spam, or abusive behavior toward other users
  • Circumventing license restrictions or DRM

6. Tiers & Subscriptions

  • CHOZEN offers Free, Pro, and Elite tiers with different feature access
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Tier features may change with reasonable notice

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings.

8. Liability

CHOZEN is provided "as is". We do our best to maintain uptime and data integrity but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for content uploaded by users.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany.
